Rage wrap up Western World Series

EVERETT, Wash. — The Moses Lake Rage 14U  girls fastpitch softball wrapped up their National Softball Association Youth Western World Series in Everett, Wash., following a 4-0 loss to the Bellevue Blast Thursday morning.

Some of the best girls softball teams from throughout the Western United States and Canada traveled to Everett to participate in the world series event.

Moses Lake dominated the Washington Magic of Lynnwood, Wash., July 20 before knocking off the Washington Havoc 14-2 July 21.

The Rage continued their run through the tournament with a 12-0 win over rival Moses Lake Ice.

After knocking off the Ice, Moses Lake dropped a heartbreaker to the Spokane Athletics 8-3 before rebounding to hold off the Everett Titans 5-4 July 22.

Although the Rage held off the Titans, they were unable to fend off the Bellevue Blast.

The Blast managed to shut out the Rage 4-0, on July 23, eliminating the Moses Lake Rage from the tournament.
