MOSES LAKE — Moses Lake police arrested a man after he allegedly barricaded himself in a business in an attempt to evade police Monday night.

Phillip A. Dabalos, 36, was arrested for assault in the fourth degree-domestic violence and resisting arrest.

Dabalos was allegedly seen assaulting a 38-year-old woman while they were driving, Moses Lake police reported.

When police attempted to contact Dabalos, he allegedly fled on foot into a barber shop on West Broadway Avenue.

He allegedly barricaded himself in a bathroom inside the business and refused to come out, police reported. The door was removed from its hinges and he was taken into custody.
