PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The City of Othello has scheduled a public hearing to review a proposed Ordinance creating Othello Municipal Code Chapter 13.08 entitled Critical Areas and repealing Othello Municipal Code Chapter 13.06 entitled Critical Areas and Natural Resource Lands. The public hearing will be held during the regular City Council meeting scheduled for January 26, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers. Further information regarding the City of Othello's Critical Areas Ordinance can be obtained from the Planning Department, 488-3302. Public hearings are open to the public and our citizens are encouraged to attend.

Sealed bids will be received by the Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County at Ephrata, Washington until 2:30 P.M., on January 28, 2009 for Contract Columbia Ridge Substation Construction as more fully described in Contract Documents 130-2663H.

On the above date, the Bids will be opened and read aloud at the District's Office located at 154 A Street SE, Ephrata, Washington, 98823. All bids shall be subject to and shall comply with the "Instructions to Bidders" contained in the Contract Documents, copies of which are available at our Ebid site www.ebidexchange.com/gcpud. When reaching this site you will need to register as a new vendor if you are not already on our electronic vendor system.
