Tom Lee Campbell

Tom Lee Campbell, 46, lifetime Moses Lake resident, passed away at his parents’ home on Monday, Feb. 9, 2009.

Funeral services were held at Nichols Funeral Home in Ephrata Monday at 11 a.m. Internment followed at the Ephrata Cemetery.

Tom was born on Feb. 28, 1962, in Jerome, Idaho, to Norma Jean (Kelly) and Thomas Lee Campbell Sr. Tom moved to Moses Lake as a very young child with his sister Kelly and father Tom.

Tom was a loving father to his two children, Michelle Faye, age 23, and Andrew Thomas, age 20. They were the center of his world. He was waiting with great anticipation for the birth of his first grandchild in September of this year.

Tom was a devoted Christian with a very unique relationship with the Lord.

One of Tom’s favorite activities was fishing. He spent many hours enjoying his hobby and especially enjoyed this time together with his son.

Tom was also an avid football fan and loved watching the game with his daughter. He also greatly enjoyed NASCAR racing.

Family was an important part of Tom’s life. He spent much of his free time involved with extended family members.

Tom will be remembered most for his kind heart and sense of humor.

Tom was preceded in death by his mother, Norma Jean, during his teenage years.

He is survived by his two children, Michelle Faye and Andrew Thomas, the mother of his children, Dawn, and his best friend Janice, his father, Tom Sr., and stepmom and friend, Connie, his grandmother, Bertha, five sisters, Kelly, Kay, Paula, Roxi and Rhonda, two brothers, Tim and John, as well as all of their families. He had many aunts and uncles and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

He will be greatly missed by all.
