Dave Gravley submitted a request to alter the approved Woodcrest Major Plat by waiving, rather than deferring, future improvements of the gutter, curb, and sidewalk on the south side of Valley Road. The application was determined to be substantially complete and ready for review on January 30, 2009. The site is located in the southeast corner of the intersection of Valley Road and Paxson Drive. The project has been determined to be consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and the following Development Regulations are applicable to the project: City of Moses Lake Municipal Code Title 18 Zoning, Title 17 Subdivisions, and Title 20 Development Review Process.

The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on February 26, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 401 Balsam Street. All interested persons are encouraged to attend and provide comment.

Written Comments on this proposal will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on February 26, 2009. Public comment may be provided up to the date of the public hearing.
