Larry L. Harsh

Larry L. Harsh, 57, of Soap Lake, passed away at home on Saturday, December 19, 2009.

Larry was born in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, January 17, 1952. He moved to Washington state in January of 1966. He graduated from Royal City High School and worked at the Chevron station in Vantage, WA, for several years, later moving to Republic, WA, where he worked for the Republic School District.

Larry loved the outdoors, John Deere tractors and his longhorn cows.

He is survived by Betty, his wife of 14 years, his parents, Dorotha and Ray Harsh of Ephrata, sister Linda Meloy (Denny) of Peshastin, several nephews as well as children and grandchildren of his beloved family.

A “celebration of life” memorial will be held in the spring. Neptune Society is in charge of arrangements. If desired, memorials may be made to the Columbia Basin Cancer Foundation at 1418 S. Pioneer Way, Moses Lake, WA 98837.
