Archer responds to ShirtBuilders owner

MOSES LAKE — To John Jeninga and ShirtBuilders, I owe you an apology and I take full responsibility for any information that sounded negative in my letter to the Moses Lake Irrigation & Rehabilitation District taxpayers.

There was no reason for me to mention your or any other business in a negative way and no harm was ever intended. Your business was only providing a service requested by the Moses Lake Irrigation & Rehabilitation District and in no way do I believe you were taking advantage of the situation. I appreciate you calling me directly and voicing your concerns. I will, in the future, be more diligent in reviewing anything I say or print that could cause pain to innocent bystanders.
