MOSES LAKE — The Moses Lake Chiefs bowling squad ran its record to 6-1 on the season with a resounding 4-0 win over Chiawana at Lake Bowl on Tuesday night.

Moses Lake took the first regular game 734-591, behind the play of Shanice Brice, 170 pins, newcomer Angela Bravo, 169 pins, and Ashley Starkweather’s 162 pins.

They upped the ante in the second game by winning 792-639 as Shanice Brice bowled a 197 and Mariah Palmen chipped in with a 169.

The Chiefs then took the two baker games by scores of 137-113 and 176-119.

Next up they host unbeaten Kennewick at Lake Bowl on Thursday. Kennewick (6-0) handed Moses Lake its only loss back on Nov. 10.

“We keep our winning ways going,” Chiefs coach Billy Brice said. “We aren’t as strong as we were coming out on the season due to losing two kids to ineligibility but hopefully we will be back to where we were at the start of the season.”
