Selland Construction will start clearing & roadway excavation operations for the Road 16 NE Crab Creek Crossing near Soap Lake, WA effective December 7, 2009 for Grant County Public Works. Construction will continue for 50 working days. Traffic Control will be handled with signage and flagger as needed starting Monday December 7, 2009. The road will remain open to traffic at all times, however we request that traffic is limited.
