The Grant County Multi Agency Communications Center (MACC) is soliciting an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for construction and improvement of two radio site facilities for the public safety radio communications system. Mandatory site walks will be held September 3, 2009 beginning at 11:00 a.m. to begin at the MACC headquarters facility.

NOTICE OF MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Moses Lake issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project:
Broadway Plaza Phase 2 - Construct an 18,000 sq. ft. retail/office building at 847 E. Broadway in the C-2 General Commercial Zone.
After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the City of Moses Lake, the SEPA Responsible Official has determined this proposal will not have a probable adverse impact on the environment if the stipulated mitigation is provided. Pursuant to WAC 197-11-340(2) the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date of determination. Comments on the MDNS must be submitted by Sept. 9, 2009 to the Responsible Official.

LEGAL NOTICE
The Housing Authority of Grant County has developed a Public Housing Agency Plan, which it intends to implement January 2010. The Plan is required by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and includes but is not limited to goals and objectives for the time period covered by the Plan. The Plan will be available for review at the Housing Authority office, located at 1139 Larson Boulevard in Moses Lake, until October 15, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. On that same date, at 12:55 p.m., a public hearing will be conducted by the Housing Authority Commissioners to receive verbal comment on the Plan. The meeting will be at the Housing Authority office. Written comment will also be accepted if it is received no later than the day of the public hearing by 12:00 p.m. at the Housing Authority office. NOTICE OF ROAD CONSTRUCTION
Central Washington Asphalt, Inc. will begin road construction on Airway Drive from Valley Road to Hillcrest Dr., beginning Monday, August 31, 2009 and end approximately on November 6, 2009. Work will consist of removal of structures and obstructions, rotomilling, roadway excavation, embankment compaction, crushed surfacing base course, maintenance rock, hot mix asphalt, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, paint lines, permanent signing, project temporary traffic control and other work.
