Adoption for (check appropriate box) 6 DNS r EIS r other Per WAC 197-11-635 Grant County PUD proposes to adopt the November 2006 Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Priest Rapids Hydroelectric Project, Washington, FERC Project No. 2114 / FERC/FEIS -0190F. Description of current proposal: Grant PUD is required under FERC License No. 2114 per Article 409 to install, monitor and provide maintenance for 48 wood duck nest boxes and 50 waterfowl nesting platforms (mallard nest baskets and goose nesting tubs) around the Priest Rapids Project shoreline and within the project boundary.

Proponent: Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County

Location of current proposal : Columbia River between Priest Rapids Dam and Rock Island Dam between river miles 397-453 in Grant, Kittitas and Douglas counties. The work proposed includes all of the shorelines, including islands and associated wetlands on both banks of the river.
