Grant County Prosecutor

I have worked with Grant County for 15 years. The prosecutor’s race affects every citizen.  Having worked with Angus, and also his challengers, I can tell you there is only one clear choice: our current Prosecuting Attorney D. Angus Lee.

Angus has a proven record of winning cases and carefully managing our tax. Angus has proven leadership skills, and even won a Purple Heart while leading Marines and serving our country. The prosecutor is responsible for managing a $2.4 million budget and a staff of 30 employees with 13 attorneys working in five different courts. 

I  am joined in my support for D. Angus Lee by numerous law enforcement agencies. This is important because these men and women are the ones who work directly with the Prosecutor’s Office and are in the best position to judge what Angus has accomplished since being Prosecutor.  I have worked with Albert Lin, and from my experience he is an excellent deputy prosecutor. I believe is his a valuable asset to the county as a deputy, but do not he is qualified to be Prosecutor.

Robert Schiffner is a dedicated Republican and a dynamic educator. I have concerns over his being banned from one or more offices at the Grant County Courthouse as well as his campaign promises regarding taxes and the economy.

I have worked with all the candidates, done research of public records, PDC filings, and watched their campaigns, and heard each candidate speak.  The Grant County commissioners had the choice of these same three candidates, and they chose D.
