Trustee's Sale No: 01-OC-71895 I NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Trustee, REGIONAL TRUSTEE SERVICES CORPORATION, will on August 14, 2009, at the hour of 10:00 AM, at THE POLICE JUSTICE COURT BUILDING, 401 BALSAM STREET, MOSES LAKE, WA, sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder, payable at the time of sale, the following described real and personal property (hereafter referred to collectively as the "Property"), situated in the County of GRANT, State of Washington: LOT 19, BLOCK 4, WEST VIEW HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 5 OF PLATS, PAGE 49, RECORDS OF GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON. The proposed project, Brooke Lake Outlet Weir, is located at the outlet of Brooke Lake near Highway 28 Stratford, Washington in Grant County. This project involves 5.0 acres of soil disturbance for irrigation construction activities. Stormwater will be discharged to ground with 100% infiltration.
