NOTICE OF SCHOOL DISTRICT BUDGET HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Moses Lake School District #161 of Grant County, Washington will hold a Public Hearing on the budget for the 2009/2010 fiscal year at the regular board meeting on Thursday, August13, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the MLSD Board Room, 1318 W. Ivy Ave.
Any taxpayer may appear at the aforesaid meeting to be heard for or against any part of said budget. Copies of the proposed budget may be obtained from the Moses Lake School District Administration Office, 920 W. Ivy Ave.
Adoption of the budget for the 2009/2010 fiscal year will take place during the regular board meeting of August 27, 2009.

Request for Proposals for Security Consultant #430-2883
Public Utility District #2 of Grant County, Washington is seeking proposals for professional engineering services for FERC Part 12, Independent Consultant for the Potholes-East Canal Headworks Safety Inspection Project, RFP #430-2883.
Firms must meet a minimum set of qualifications in order to be considered for evaluation pursuant to RCW 39.80.
These qualifications are:
- Must have a license to do business in the State of Washington.
- Must have provided similar services on Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) regulated projects with a minimum of 15 years direct experience as a FERC approved Independent Consultant.
- Must agree with the terms and conditions of the draft contract.
- Must have an established office within a circle centered on Ephrata WA and extending a radial distance of 270 air miles.
- Must be a current licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Washington.
