NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the City Council, City of Warden, in the council chambers, 201 S. Ash Street, Warden, WA on April 28, 2009 at 7:00 PM.

The purpose of the public hearing is to discuss final expenditures and closeout performance for the uses of the state Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds granted to the City of Warden for the construction of Well No. 7 and reconstructing Well No. 2 as a monitoring well. This was an area-wide project. CDBG granted $1,000,000 to the City of Warden.
