NOTICE IS GIVEN TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN ABOVE ESTATE THAT:

The Personal Representative, Douglas (Doug) Ottestad, gives notice of hearing set on May 1, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. at the Grant County Superior Court, Grant County Court House located at "C" and Division Streets, Ephrata, Washington for the Court to hear the Petition for Distribution of the estate, requesting the court to settle the final accounting, distribute the property of the estate to the heirs or persons entitled thereto, and to discharge the Personal Representative. Any persons interested in the estate may appear and file objections to and contest the petition and/or final accounting.

Notice is also given that the final accounting of said estate has been filed with the Clerk of the above referenced court.
