PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

PROPOSED ORDINANCE REGARDING GARAGES AND REQUIRED PARKING SPACES

The City of Othello has set a public hearing to review proposed changes to Othello Municipal Code Chapter 17.61 regarding garage dimensions; required parking spaces for single family and two family dwellings, and authorizing the building official to determine parking requirements when not specifically defined within the Municipal Code. The public hearing is scheduled for Monday, October 13, 2008 shortly after 7:00 p.m. in the Othello City Council Chambers. All public hearings are open to the public and our citizens are encouraged to attend.
