McKean lands on dean's list

COEUR D'ALENE - North Idaho College women's basketball player Marielle McKean of Moses Lake was named to the college's dean's list in spring 2008.

McKean plays the wing for the Cardinals basketball team.

The North Idaho College women's basketball program earned its fourth consecutive Academic All-American honors through the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA).

Teams must earn a 3.0 GPA to qualify for the NJCAA's designation.
