Philo S. Boyd, 66, longtime Moses Lake resident, passed away Saturday, Sept. 6, 2008, at Kadlec Medical Center in Richland. At his request, no services will be held. Arrangements are in care of Kayser’s Chapel and Crematory, Moses Lake.
