NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE CAPITAL FACILITY PLAN

The Othello City Council has scheduled a public hearing on the Capital Facility Plan for 2009-2014. This will be held during the regular City Council meeting scheduled for Monday, November 10, 2008, shortly at 7:00 p.m., and will be held in the Council Chambers, located at 500 E. Main Street, in Othello. This public hearing and all Council meetings are open to the public and our citizens are encouraged to attend.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER ONE (1) GROUND WATER CERTIFICATE

TAKE NOTICE:

That Tom Youngers of Moses Lake, Washington has made application for change/transfer of water right in order to change and add additional points of withdrawal (POW) as granted under Ground Water Certificate No. G3-00003C.

That said Certificate authorizes the withdrawal of 200 gallons per minute, 80 acre-feet per year from March 15 to November 1 each year, for the irrigation of 20 acres, and continuously for domestic supply.

That the authorized POW is from one-(1) well located within the NW1/4NW1/4 of Sec. 11, T. 18 N., R. 26 E.W.M.

That he proposes to change one-(1) POW and add one-(1) POW each to be located within the NE1/4NW1/4 or the NW1/4NE1/4 of Sec. 11, T. 18 N., R.26 E.W.M.

ALL WITHIN Grant County, Washington.

Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty-dollar ($50.00) recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within thirty (30) days from November 4, 2008.
