Material Lease Changes
The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has commenced the process of amending material terms and conditions of Orchard & Vineyard Lease No. 12-063235 leased to Washington Fruit & Produce, Co. and described as W1/2, Section 13, Township 14 North, Range 23 East, W.M., Grant County containing 320 acres. The specific change being made is: to extend the lease term from 2011 to 2016 to coincide with the issuance of a new wine grape contract. Comments may be addressed to DNR Southeast Region Office, 713 Bowers Rd, Ellensburg, WA 98926, or by calling (509) 925-8515. Comments must be received by November 3, 2008.

NOTICE
The State of Washington, Department of Transportation is acquiring property and/or property rights for the SR17, Pioneer Way to Stratford Road, project. Negotiations to acquire the property described below have reached an impasse so the State is preparing to submit to the Attorney General's Office a request for acquisition of this property and/or property rights through a condemnation action. This is done to assure that the rights of the individual property owner and the rights of all the taxpayers of the state are equally protected.
The final action at which the State as condemner will decide whether to authorize the condemnation of the property will take place Thursday, November 6, 2008 at 9:00 am, at 1551 N. Wenatchee Ave. Wenatchee, WA. The property owner may provide information for the State to consider at this meeting. Provide information to Ted Hill, Real Estate Services Manager, at 509-667-2930.
