Visit is part of victory rally

OTHELLO - Republican governor candidate Dino Rossi is visiting Othello and Quincy Saturday as part of a four-week statewide victory rally.

Rossi will be at the Othello Senior Center from 2:10 p.m. to 2:45 p.m., according to the Rossi campaign office. The senior center is located at 755 N. Seventh Ave. in Othello.

Afterward he is traveling to Zack's Pizza in Quincy to visit from 4 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The pizza parlor is located at 704 F St. SW in Quincy.

The weekend tours mark the final campaign rallies before the general election in November.

At each visit, Rossi will briefly meet with the public and answer questions.

"We invite Republicans, Democrats, independents and anyone else who has joined this citizens' movement to attend one of the victory rallies around the state," campaign spokesperson Jill Strait stated.

"This tour is our chance to thank everyone for all their hard work thus far and encourage people to do everything they can to help lead us to victory on Nov. 4. This will be one last chance for Dino to do what he's been doing since day one of the campaign - share his message of change and vision for a better Washington."
