Request for Proposals for Professional Writing/Editing Services #130-2713

Public Utility District #2 of Grant County, Washington (District) is seeking proposals for professional services for Writing and Editing of District's Standard Operating Procedures in accordance with NERC/WECC Standards, RFP #130-2713.

Firms must meet a minimum set of qualifications in order to be considered for evaluation pursuant to RCW 39.80.

These qualifications are:

I. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS - 20%

A. Management Plan

B. Capabilities of Firm

C. Response Time

D. Cost Control Experience

II. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - 75%

A. Client List and Client References (5%)

B. Equivalent Projects and Services (10%)

C. Key Personnel Qualifications and Relevant Experience (50%)

D. Support Services Organization and Capabilities (10%)

III. ACCESSIBILITY TO DISTRICT AND PROJECT SITES - 5%

Availability to get to Grant County and the required sites as needed during the

process.
