Dr. Arlo E. Dunning, 85, longtime Moses Lake resident, passed away Saturday, Nov. 15, 2008 at SunBridge Care & Rehabilitation Center in Moses Lake. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 21 at Grace Lutheran Church, 303 E. Nelson Rd. in Moses Lake with Rev. Jeffry Berndt officiating. Private graveside services will precede the memorial service. Arrangements are in care of Kayser's Chapel & Crematory, Moses Lake.
