The personal representative named below has been appointed as personal representative of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the personal representative or the personal representative's attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the court. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) Thirty days after the personal representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under *RCW 11.40.020 (3); or (2) four months after the date of first publication of the notice. The City of Othello, Washington invites sealed bids for the purchase of excess wood owned by the City. The city encourages all potential bidders to view the wood that will be up for bid. The wood consists of downed timber and other scrapped wood. You may contact the Public Works Department at 509-488-6997 to schedule a time to view the wood during the operating hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30am-2:30pm.
Sealed bids for the described project will be received by the City of Othello at the Public Works Department, 111 N. Broadway, Othello, Washington, 99344, until 10:00 a.m., local time, November 21, 2008 and then publicly opened and read aloud.
The stipulations on the purchase of this wood are as follows:
- All of the wood must be taken - there will be no picking and choosing.
- The wood must all be removed from city property in its current form. No cutting, splitting, chopping on city property.
- The removal must be done during the hours of 7:30 am - 2:30 pm Monday through Friday. The wood is located behind locked gates and therefore must be removed when city personnel are present to open gates.
The City of Othello may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed requirements, and may reject for good cause any and all bids upon finding that it is in the public interest to do so.

Sealed bids will be received by the Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County at, Washington until 2:30 P.M., on November 25, 2008 for Contract for Distribution Line Construction (Dock Crews) as more fully described in Contract Documents 130-2658H. Bidders must be Pre-qualified per the provisions of RCW 54.04.
On the above date, the Bids will be opened and read aloud at the District's Ephrata Contracting Office located at 154 A Street SE, Ephrata, Washington 98823.
