Judy Tracy, beloved wife, daughter and mother, passed away peacefully, Nov. 1, 2008, at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane. She was preceded in death by her father, Walter Culbert and survived by her husband, Larry Tracy, mother, Muriel Culbert, brother, Gary and wife Sally Culbert, daughters, Dacquiri and Brandee Graff; grandson, Jett Kendall; mother-in-law, Gladys Tracy, stepdaughters Paige and Amber Tracy; and her many, many friends. She will be deeply missed by all.
