LEGAL NOTICE
The Moses Lake School District No. 161 is soliciting respondents for the 2008-2009 school year Small Works Roster, which will consist of all responsible contractors who have requested to be on the list and are properly licensed & registered to perform such work in the State of Washington. The District may award purchase orders and solicit quotes for services from listed contractors prior to and/or in place of other advertising and bidding processes.
Facilities Maintenance & Grounds Department services requested include, but are not limited to off site fabrication of nonstandard items, production and delivery of crushed rock, concrete, & asphalt, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, fencing, cleaning, excavation, mechanical work, and all other Public Work per WAC 296-127.
Technology Department services requested include, but are not limited to installation of Cat5/6 & fiber network cabling, labeling for data, voice and multimedia applications. Installation of LCD projectors, Smart boards, voice amplification systems, Crestron control systems, screens and white boards. Assemble computer furniture

All contractors and subcontractors will be required to submit a "Statement of Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages" and, if applicable, an "Affidavit of Wages Paid " per RCW 39.12.040. Previous respondents must re-apply this year.
