The QUADCO RTPO will hold its next meeting June 13, 2008 - 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon at Grant County Public Works, 124 Enterprise St. Ephrata WA. The Council will hear Selection Committee funding recommendation for SFY 09 UPWP Project Applications received under the Call for Projects. The Public is invited to attend. INVITATION TO BID

PORT OF MOSES LAKE

(Grant County Port District No. 10)

SEALED BIDS for the construction of one (1) with the option for one (1) additional ware house / distribution facility to be located at the Port of Moses Lake. The Invitation to Bid will also include the option of substituting a Concrete Tilt-Up structure. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Executive Manager, Port of Moses Lake, 7810 Andrews St. N.E., Suite 200, Moses Lake, WA, (Owner) until 2:00 p.m., local time on the 9th day of June, 2008. Any bids received after the specified time will not be considered.

Bids will then be publicly opened and read.

The project contemplated consists of furnishing all mobilization labor, tools and materials, building permits for the construction of a colored, pre-engineered metal building located at the Port of Moses Lake, Moses Lake, WA.

Bidders are encouraged to make on site inspection of the work site, prior to submitting a bid.

Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by Bid security, payable to the Owner in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount Bid.

Bonafide bidders may obtain copies of the specifications of work required at the office of the Port of Moses Lake, 7810 Andrews St., N.E., Suite 200, Moses Lake, WA.

The Board of Commissioners of the Port of Moses Lake shall be the sole judge of the bids and reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, waive technicalities or irregularities, and to accept any proposal or option of such bid if such action is believed to be for the best interest of the Port of Moses Lake.
