Moses Lake wrestler wins championship

SEDRO WOLLEY - Star Moses Lake wrestler Cody Hoiness recently traveled to Sedro Wolley to compete in the Freesyle Wrestling Championship.
Hoiness took on all comers in a strong weight class comprised of 18 wrestlers. Cody lost an important match against Brad Perry of Snohomish two months ago. He avenged that loss by beating Perry with a third period pin, a feat he repeated in two other matches.
Hoiness won the finals by outscoring Ryan Zumwalt and Cody Quinn.
