NOTICE OF APPLICATION & PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Plat and SEPA checklist received on February 21, 2008 from Justin Donovan, Donovan Farms LLC (Designated Contact: Olivia Jennings, Western Pacific Engineering & Survey, 1328 E. Hunter Place, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-765-1023) were found to be technically complete and preliminarily appear to be consistent with Unified Development Code and other applicable state and local requirements as of May 15, 2008. PROJECT: A Preliminary Plat of approximately 1054 acres to create thirty-two (32) lots in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. Twenty-seven (27) lots will be for residential use, and five (5) lots will be designated for open space. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject parcel is located approximately 6 miles NE of Moses Lake, WA, SW of the intersection of Road P NE and Road 8 NE, and in portions of Sections 27, 28, & 34, Township 20N, Range 29E, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcels #18-0358-000, #19-0389-000, #19-0394-000, #19-0390-000, #19-0391-000, #19-0392-000, #19-0393-000, #18-0369-000, #19-0674-000, & #31-2994-000 ). ZONING: Agriculture. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: Planning Commission hearing, 7:00 pm, July 2, 2008, in the Commissioners' Hearing Room of Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. Any person has the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
