Othello golf wins at home

OTHELLO - High school duffers from Othello, Ephrata, East Valley and Selah took to the links in Othello on Tuesday. The desert course in Othello boasts a grueling par 70 over 18 holes.

Othello's Sam Para scored as medalist shooting a 75. Othello won the match with a low score of 323 followed closely by the Ephrata Tigers who shot a 325. Selah secured third place with a 331 and East Valley placed fourth with a 353.

Othello golfers Sam Para shot a 75, Jared Kummer an 80, Dylan Johns 82, Rubin Lopez 86, Zach Overton 92 and Peter Anderson 102.

Ephrata's Cameron Allen was low score with a 78, Chase Millard 80, Austin Key 82, Matt Pixlee 85, Steven Criss 87 and Steven Lund a 96.
