Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Subdivision Application and Environmental Checklist were received on February 11, 2008 from Lisa Ladanyi Grate (Designated Contact: Todd Lolkus Land Surveying, LLC, 1322 Basin St. S.W., Suite "A", Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-0135); and found to be technically complete as of April 22, 2008. PROJECT: A subdivision of a 10.89-acre parcel into 18 residential lots. Proposed lots vary in size from 0.50 to 0.66 acres. State Environmental Policy Act Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance is expected to be issued. NOTICE

Graham Construction & Management, Inc. is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater General Permit.

The proposed project, Walgreens #2647, is located at 200 E Broadway in Moses Lake, in Grant County.

This project involves 1.5 acres of soil disturbance for commercial construction activities.

Stormwater will be discharged to storm water system operated by the City of Moses Lake.

Any persons desiring to present their views to the Department of Ecology regarding this application, or interested in the Department's action on this application, may notify Ecology in writing within 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice
