Arloa Mae (Grinolds) Davis

Arloa Mae (Grinolds) Davis, born Nov. 30, 1935, in Sand Point, Idaho to John and Florence Grinolds. She went to her final resting place surrounded by her loving family on March 24, 2008.

Arloa has resided in Moses Lake since 1958. She married Dale Davis on May 25, 1983. She was a longtime member of the Eagles Lodge, having held many offices her 30 plus years. She was also involved in many charity organizations in the Moses Lake area. Her hobbies were darts, fishing, camping, boating and spending time with her loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her parents John and Florence Grinolds, and her nephew Brian Rolison.

Arloa is survived by her loving husband Dale, sister JoAnn Braun (Joseph), and children: Randy Kraft, Sandy Locke (Tom), Billy May (Lanette), Sherry Cruz (Jose), Jimmy Long (Thelma), Charlie Long (Veronica), Bill Long (Ellanore), Dick Long (Sherri), MaryLou Runnion (Mike), Connie Johnson (Norm), Ronnie Davis, Yvonne Russell, 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Arloa has requested in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Cancer Society.

A remembrance will be held at the Eagles Lodge Saturday, March 29, at 2 p.m. The family would like to invite those who knew her to come join them in honoring her life.
