A request for a Reasonable Use Exception was received on February 15, 2008 from Patricia A. Mitchell, 17754 Road A.6 NW, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-3035; and was found to be technically complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of February 25, 2008. PROJECT: A request for a Reasonable Use Exception from Patricia A. Mitchell to allow the development of a single-family dwelling on a 2.5-acre parcel in the Rural Residential 1 (RR1) Zone of Grant County.
