Chantz D'Angelo Beliz-Pugh

Chantz D'Angelo Beliz-Pugh went to be with our Lord on March 19.

Chantz was born on March 2, 2008. He was three months premature and weighed only 1 pound, 15 ounces. Although he was very tiny, he was very strong. He met and conquered many challenges. Chantz was only on this earth for 17 days but he touched many people. His life brought joy and reunited many. Chantz will always remain in our hearts. He is preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Allie Fisher, Brian Pugh, Teodora and Manuel Gomez, and Manuel Beliz. Survivors include his parents, Amy Pugh and Moises Beliz Jr., his brother, Moises "Trae," his great-grandparents, Marge Pugh, Joseph Fisher, Virgil and Vonnie Appleby and Guadalupe Beliz, his grandparents, Gina and Jerry Estrin, Randy and Jennifer Pugh, and Moises and Ofelia Beliz, aunts and uncles, Mike and Helen, Eric and Jolene, Jennifer and Kevin, Rhonda, Ruben, Manuel and Ashlee, Eliza and Antonio, Sophia and Hector, and Alisia, and his cousins, Nathan, Tanner, Jordyn, Jaydyn, Jocelynn, Jennah, Blake, Dora, Ceaser, Alex, Antonio, Angel, Manuel, Melody, and Nicole. The family would like to thank Dr. Wilson and the staff at Deaconess Medical Center as well as family and friends who have lent their support during this difficult time.
