The personal representative named below has been appointed as personal representative of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the personal representative of the personal representative's attorney at the address state below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the court in which the probate proceedings were commenced. The claim must be presented within the later of: 1) thirty days after the personal representative served or mailed notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(1)(c); or 2) four months after the date of the first publication of the notice. If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and RCW 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the decedent's probate and nonprobate assets.

NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

ROAD N UTILITY PROJECT - 2008

Moses Lake, Washington

Sealed bids will be received at City Hall, 321 South Balsam, (P. O. Box 1579), Moses Lake, Washington 98837 until April 8, 2008 at 2:00 p.m., for the above-named improvement. Said bids will be opened and publicly read at that time. All bids shall be received before said opening time in sealed envelopes with "ROAD N UTILITY PROJECT - 2008" marked plainly thereon.

All bids shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a postal money order, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to 5 percent of the bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and/or to furnish a satisfactory contract bond within the time stated in the specifications, the deposit shall be forfeited to the City.

Copies of plans and specifications are on file at various construction councils and at City Hall and may be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $40.00 at the above address. Only bids from those who have purchased plans and specifications will be accepted per the special provisions.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project shall consist of installing approximately 2,750 feet of 12-inch water main, 4.000 feet of 4-inch force main and 130 feet of 8-inch gravity sewer.

Estimated Project Cost: $325,000.00

The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids if such action is in the best interest of the City.

Notice of Decision

Isidoro Martinez requested that the City of Othello grant a rezone for the first 500ft of the property, located at 2484 S. Broadway Othello, WA (also known as the west 880 feet of Lot 4, Beus Short Plat), from an Residential-3 to an Industrial-1. City of Othello has approved the following:

1) The Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for Isidoro Martinez's rezone request was issued on 3/10/2008.

2) Isidoro

Martinez's request for rezone presented to the Planning Commission and passed on 3/17/2008.
