Hockey fundraiser Friday

MOSES LAKE - The first annual Hockey Happening to benefit the Moses Lake Youth Hockey Association is taking place this Friday from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Chief Moses Middle School cafeteria.

A free dinner will be served, with a silent auction running from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and a live auction starting at 9 p.m.

The silent auction will include such items as fishing rods and gear, boxing gloves, lawn service, water bottles, and a DVD player. The live auction will have a guided goose hunt, a fishing trip, professional fitted mouth guards, a Tri-City Americans jersey, four tickets to next season's Americans opener, and an autographed stick.
