NOTICE OF APPLICATION and SEPA MDNS

Notice is hereby given that a Conditional Use Application and SEPA checklist received on February 12, 2008 from Western Sub-RSA Limited Partnership (Property Owner: State of WA Dept. of Game; Designated Contact: Dan MacKinney, Wireless Site Technology, LLC, 9323 N. Government Way #220, Hayden, ID 83835, 208-699-0237), were found technically complete and preliminarily appear to be consistent with Unified Development Code and other applicable state and local requirements as of March 10, 2008. PROJECT: Construction of a Wireless Communication Facility on a 160-acre parcel in the Rural Remote zoning district of Grant County, including a 100-ft. self-supporting monopole communications tower, a 12-ft. x 20-ft. radio equipment accessory building, and a 7-ft. high chain-link fence enclosure. SEPA: MDNS issued March 10, 2008. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: An Environmental Summary Report was prepared by GN Northern Inc. Consulting Geotechnical Engineers & Scientists of Kennewick, WA in January of 2008. LOCATION: The subject area is a 75-ft. x 75-ft. portion of Parcel #15-0638-000, located approximately 1.5 miles SW of the intersection of Rd. 9 NW and Rd. V NW, approximately 1800 ft. west of Ancient Lakes Rd. NW, and in a portion of S. 19, T. 20N, R. 23E, WM, Grant County, WA. ZONING: Rural Remote. Required mitigation will be pursuant to Unified Development Code. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: Hearing Examiner meeting, 12:00 noon, May 14, 2008, in Commissioners' Hearing Room of Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. Requests for Bids

The Housing Authority of Grant County is requesting sealed bids to replace existing waste piping located in crawl space areas under units. There are five duplexes and two single units located in Warden, WA.

Bid packages are available at 1139 Larson Blvd., Moses Lake, WA, or by calling Tami Torrey at (509) 762-5541.

All bids over $25,000 must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond or certified cashier's check made payable to Housing Authoriy of Grant County in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Cost of bonds must be included in the bid price.

There will be a mandatory bid walk through on Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. meeting on Elm Street in Warden. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the project name no later than 2:00 p.m., April 10, 2008. No facsimiles will be accepted.

This project is funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. All related regulations and requirements will apply. Contractors must meet at HUD qualifications for contracting and pay all employees established Davis Bacon wages as determined by HUD.

The Housing Authority has the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any minor irregularities in the bids. ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Directors of Moses Lake School District No. 161 in the Administration Building, 920 W. Ivy Ave., Moses Lake, Washington for construction of the MOSES LAKE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL as follows:

Contractors shall submit their Basic Bid sealed proposals up until 4:00 p.m., April 22, 2008.

Proposals received after time set for opening will not be considered. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately after the time and date set for opening.

Copies of drawings and specifications may be obtained only at the office of N_C|Architecture, by and for bona fide Washington licensed bidders upon deposit of $200.00 per complete set. Deposit will not be returned if documents are mutilated or so marked that they are not reusable and/or if they are not returned to the Architect within 10 days after bids are received. Other sets or individual sheets may be purchased at a cost (not refundable) from the printer with the approval of the Architect.

No bidder may withdraw its bid after hour set for opening thereof, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding 90 days.

The Board of Directors of Moses Lake School District No. 161 reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND PUBLIC

HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Grant County Planning Department has received and found the following land use application to be technically complete as of March 13, 2008, and ready for processing, public review and comment. A Conditional Use Permit (CUP) application from William Walker, Moses Lake, Wa. The proponent is seeking approval for the location of a Nine (9) Unit Extended Use Recreational Vehicle park (not longer than two hundred seventy days (270) in a 365 day period) and four (4) possible manufactured home sites in the Rural Community Zoning District of Grant County.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a personal property mobile home distraint sale will be conducted on March 28th, 2008, for those parcels not redeemed by close of business at 5:00 p.m. (PDT) on March 27th, 2008. Said sale shall commence at 9:00 AM, in the Commissioners' Hearing Room, located at 35 C Street NW, Ephrata, Washington.

The properties not redeemed as noted will be sold to the highest and best bidder
