The City Of Othello, Washington is soliciting proposals from engineering firms interested in providing municipal civil engineering services to a full service city of about 6,500 persons. Service needs include preliminary and final design for infrastructure planning and development, including surveying bid documents and construction inspection.
Please send proposals to City Of Othello, 500 E. Main, Othello, WA 99344. Include description of firm's principal expertise, a list of recent projects of municipal type and a brief introductory letter explaining your interest in providing municipal engineering services to a small agricultural city. Please submit by March 28th, 2008.

"NOTICE OF ROAD CONSTRUCTION"
Adams County McManamon road (Grant County 12 SE road) Road Closure
Adams County McManamon road (Grant County 12SE road) between Kulm road and May road (Grant County H-SE will be closed for the reconstruction of irrigation crossings between March 17th and March 28th. This portion of McManamon road (12 SE road) will be closed for approximately 2 days per crossing.
The Adams County McManamon Road (Grant County 12 SE road) from Byers Road (Adams/Grant County Line) east to the bridge crossing Crab Creek in the Columbia National Wildlife Refuge, approximately 4 miles in length, will be closed to thur traffic from March 31st to July 4th for reconstruction of roadway.
