This contract provides for furnishing and delivering herbicide materials in accordance with plans and specifications.

Public Utility District #2 of Grant County, Washington (District) is seeking proposals for professional engineering services for FERC Part 12 Independent Consulting Services.

Firms must meet a minimum set of qualificatios in order to be considered for evaluation pursuant to RCW 39.80.

These qualifications are:

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has established regulations for the protection of sensitive plans, drawings and records defined as critical energy infrastructure information (CEII). Because of the sensitive nature of certain District Confidential Information that could be used in the potential contract, Contractor must execute and deliver a Pre-Qualification Application and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to the District prior to issuance of documents labeled as CEII should the District enter into a Contract with Contractor.
