This contract provides for furnishing and delivering herbicide materials in accordance with plans and specifications.

Public Utility District #2 of Grant County, Washington (District) is seeking proposals for professional engineering services for FERC Part 12 Independent Consulting Services.

Firms must meet a minimum set of qualificatios in order to be considered for evaluation pursuant to RCW 39.80.

These qualifications are:

  • Must have provided similar engineering services for

a minimum of 5 years.

  • Must be a registered engineering company of the

State of Washington

  • Must have an established office within a circle cen-

of 200 air miles.

  • Must agree with the terms and conditions of the draft

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has established regulations for the protection of sensitive plans, drawings and records defined as critical energy infrastructure information (CEII).
