Moses Lake Wal-Mart employee arrested
MOSES LAKE - A Wal-Mart employee was arrested Sunday afternoon for allegedly stealing money from a register.
Joseph C. Randall, 21, was arrested for theft in the second degree after reportedly taking approximately $1,125 from a register over a month's period, Police Capt. Dave Ruffin said. The day he was arrested Randall reportedly took $100 from the register he was assigned to work at.
Randall was initially detained by Wal-Mart management who viewed surveillance footage believed to be of the suspect allegedly taking money from a register, according to police documents.
It is unknown if Randall is still employed at the store.
Moses Lake Wal-Mart management was unable to comment.
