Citizens can dial-in

COLUMBIA BASIN - Rep. Bill Hinkle, R-Cle Elum, and Rep. Judy Warnick, R-Moses Lake, are hosting a tele-forum to speak with constituents Wednesday.

The forum lasts for an hour, starting at 7 p.m.

People can participate in the telephone forum by calling 866-447-5149 and dialing the identification number, 13617.

"I'm really looking forward to using this new technology," Warnick stated. "It will be interesting to see what folks want to talk about."

"This is another way in which we're going to our constituents, rather than asking them to come to us," Hinkle stated. "I hope a lot of people will take advantage of this outreach tool and share what's on their mind."

Callers will choose the discussion topics and are invited to ask questions and make comments about anything.

The representatives can also be contacted through the Legislative Hotline in Olympia at 800-562-6000.
