Richard E. Richins, 81, longtime Moses Lake resident, passed away Monday, June 16, 2008, at Deaconess Medical Center in Spokane.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, June 23, at Kayser's Chapel of Memories with Bishop Don Tucker of the Moses Lake 1st Ward, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints conducting. Interment will follow in Pioneer Memorial Gardens.
