Murder suspect sought
Could be in Moses Lake
MOSES LAKE - A man wanted for homicide is believed to be in Moses Lake.
Luis Alberto Ugalde, 28, may be working a construction job, Moses Lake police reported.
Ugalde is a suspect in a June 13 drive-by shooting in Burlington, the Burlington Police Department reported. A warrant for second-degree murder was issued from Skagit County Superior Court. His bail was set at $500,000 with a national extradition.
"His current whereabouts are unknown and there are no associated vehicles," Burlington police reported. "Consider Ugalde armed and dangerous."
Ugalde is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, 140 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo on his right arm featuring a heart and sword, a tattoo of a ribbon on his right elbow, a tattoo that states "brown" on his upper left arm, a tattoo that states "L" on his left arm, "Luis" is tattooed on his left hand and on the left side of his neck there is a tattoo that states "Vanity Nicole."
