TAKE NOTICE:
Marlin Hutterian Brethren of Marlin, Washington, have made an APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER of Water Right to change the purpose on a portion of Ground Water Right Certificate No. G3-22373C and change the place of use to the Board. The Board has designated such application for active Board review and has assigned number GRAN-08-02 to this application. The Department of Ecology has assigned their tracking number CG3-22373C@1.
That Ground Water Right Certificate No. G3-22373C with a priority date of December 7, 1973 has current authorization for 1,900 gallons per minute, 915 acre-feet per year, for irrigation, from April 1 to October 31 each year, of 790 acres within: Section 4, Township 21 N., Range 30, E.W.M. and the SW 1/4 of Section 34, Township 22 N., Range 30, E.W.M. STATE OF WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY
NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO CONSTRUCT AN AIR POLLUTION SOURCE
The State of Washington Department of Ecology (Ecology) has received an application from Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse, Inc. to construct and operate an stand-by emergency diesel generator at its new home improvement supplies store in Moses Lake, WA. The facility is located at the north east corner of Yonezawa Boulevard and Clover Drive in Moses Lake, WA. After review of the completed Notice of Construction application and other information on file with the agency, Ecology has made a preliminary determination that this proposal will conform to all requirements as specified in Chapter 173-400 WAC and Chapter 173-460 WAC. Copies of the Preliminary Determination and other pertinent information are available for public review at Ecology, 4601 N. Monroe, Spokane, WA 99205-1295, and at the Moses Lake City Hall, 321 Balsam Avenue, Moses Lake, WA 98837.
Ecology is lead agency for the State Environmental Policy Act for this project under Chapter 197-11 WAC, and has determined that it will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. The department has previously issued a DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE (DNS) for the project. Copies of the DNS and Environmental Checklist are available at no charge from Ecology. The public is invited to comment on the project by submitting written comments within 30 days of this notice to Robert Koster at the above Spokane address. A public hearing may be held if significant public interest is determined to exist.
