Box 37, 35 C Street NW-Room 207, Ephrata, WA 98823, until 1:30 P.M., Tuesday, July 15, 2008 and will then and there be opened and publicly read for the construction of the improvements.
All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. No conditional bid bond will be accepted. TAKE NOTICE:
Marlin Hutterian Brethren of Marlin, Washington, have made an APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER of Water Right to change the purpose on a portion of Ground Water Right Certificate No. G3-22373C and change the place of use to the Board. The Board has designated such application for active Board review and has assigned number GRAN-08-02 to this application. The Department of Ecology has assigned their tracking number CG3-22373C@1.
That Ground Water Right Certificate No. G3-22373C with a priority date of December 7, 1973 has current authorization for 1,900 gallons per minute, 915 acre-feet per year, for irrigation, from April 1 to October 31 each year, of 790 acres within: Section 4, Township 21 N., Range 30, E.W.M. and the SW 1/4 of Section 34, Township 22 N., Range 30, E.W.M.
