Clifford Arthur Marchand, 83, longtime Moses Lake resident, passed away Saturday, Jan. 12, 2008, at his home in Moses Lake. Memorial services with military honors will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1, at Kayser's Chapel of Memories with Pastor Dave Chandler officiating. Arrangements are in care of Kayser's Chapel & Crematory, Moses Lake.
