Pursuant to WAC 246-290-100(4)(f)(i) The City of Moses Lake is required to set Drinking Water Use Efficiency goals through a public process. An informational and goal setting meeting will be held on January 29, 2008, 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 401 S. Balsam. The public is encouraged to attend. NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Proposals will be received by the Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, Washington at Ephrata, Washington until 4:30 P.M., on February 4, 2008 for On-Line Bill Pay as more fully described in Contract Documents 130-2512.

On the above date, the proposals will be opened at the District's Office located at 154 A Street SE, Ephrata, Washington 98823. All proposals shall be subject to and shall comply with the "Instructions to Respondents" contained in the RFP Documents, copies of which are available at our Ebid site
