FLOWRIDER CONCESSION

EQUIPMENT - 2008

Moses Lake, Washington

Sealed bids will be received at City Hall, 321 South Balsam, (P. O. Box 1579), Moses Lake, Washington 98837 until February 5, 2008, 2:00 p.m., for the above-named improvement. Said bids will be opened and publicly read at that time. All bids shall be received before said opening time in sealed envelopes with "FLOWRIDER CONCESSION EQUIPMENT - 2008" marked plainly thereon.

All bids shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a postal money order, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to 5 percent of the bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and/or to furnish a satisfactory contract bond within the time stated in the specifications, the deposit shall be forfeited to the City.

Copies of specifications are on file at City Hall and may be obtained free of charge at the above address. Only bids from those who have requested specifications from the City will be accepted. This is to insure any Addenda are fully distributed.

NOTICE OF MITIGATED

DETERMINATION OF

NON-SIGNIFICANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Moses Lake issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project:

Busby International - Subdivide 48 acres into 7 industrial parcels with one private street. The pro- ponent is Busby International, Moses Lake. The site is described as a portion of Farm Unit 76, Block 41, and is located north of Wheeler Road and east of Road L, in the Heavy Industrial Zone.

After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the City of Moses Lake, the SEPA Responsible Official has determined this proposal will not have a probable adverse impact on the environment if the stipulated mitigation is provided. Pursuant to WAC 197-11-340(2) the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date of determination. Comments on the MDNS must be submitted by Jan. 23, 2008 to the Responsible Official.
