The Small Works Roster will be used to solicit and secure telephone and/or written quotations for public works and improvements contracts up to $200,000 without going through a formal bid process as provided under RCW 39.04.115.

Notice of Application and Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that a request for a Minor Zone Change received December 3, 2007 from Marilyn Meseberg, MarDon Resort (Designated Contact: Wayne Carlson, AHBL Inc., 2215 North 30th Street, Suite 300, Tacoma, WA 98403, 253-383-2422) was found technically complete and preliminarily appears consistent with UDC and other applicable state and local requirements as of December 31, 2007. PROJECT: A Minor Zone Change of approximately 50 acres (zoned Rural General Commercial, Public Open Space, & Agriculture) to Recreational Development, in order to make zoning consistent with the Comprehensive Plan Land-Use Designation, and to enable future expansion of MarDon Resort. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Site Plan Review, JARPA, Building Permits. SEPA: SEPA was reviewed for this proposal in January of 2004, as part of adoption of Grant County Ordinance No. 04-007-CC. (SEPA will also be required for Site Plan Review.) STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: Site address of subject area is 8198 Highway 262 SE, Othello, WA, located approximately 11 miles west of the intersection of State Highway 17 and State Highway 262, just south of Potholes Reservoir at the west end of O'Sullivan Dam, and in a portion of Sections 16 & 17, Township 17N, Range 28E, WM, Grant County, WA (includes portions of Parcels #40-0018-000 & #17-0018-000, #40-0019-100 & #17-0019-000 & #40-0019-000).
